Returns and exchanges policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Read our returns policy and take advantage of Inpost's fast returns. The cost of a return label is only 13.90 (returns sent from Poland only) - we will deduct this cost from the refund amount. The exchange is free (1 free exchange in case of keeping the product). If you want to exchange the product, write in the description when generating the label what you want to exchange it for. Important: if you decide to return the product after the exchange, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

If for any reason you decide to return or exchange your order, please remember a few rules that will speed up and streamline the entire process.

Please measure clothes carefully and delicately so that they do not show any signs of use , especially:

  • dirt on necklines from foundation/powder and armpits,
  • dirt and traces of balms, antiperspirants, abrasions of the epidermis,
  • animal hair and dander,
  • mechanical damage to the material, tears, abrasions, etc., which occurred as a result of use and were not reported after receiving the shipment.

In the event of visible dirt such as the above or related, reducing the value of the garment, the refund amount will be reduced by:

  • PLN 14.90 per item for stains that can be removed by washing and disinfecting,
  • an amount determined individually in the event of damage to the product that allows it to be restored to its factory condition,
  • in justified cases we reserve the right to refuse to accept a return - this applies to situations in which the product cannot be resold, has significant defects that reduce its value and prevent its use or sale as an outlet product (examples of such damage include tears inside the clothing, not on the seams, pulls, physiological traces, irremovable traces of detergents).

Returns of underwear such as socks or panties after opening the sealed package are not accepted for personal hygiene reasons.

Used bottles are not returnable. Please return unused bottles, with the hygiene seals on the spout intact and in the original box.

When using return intermediaries (e.g. convenient returns), you do so at your own risk; we do not guarantee that the return addresses provided by them are up-to-date.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  1. You have the right to return or exchange goods ordered in our store within 30 calendar days of receiving the shipment (under the terms described in the Act of March 2 on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271, as amended))
  2. Download the returns form , print it out and fill it out carefully.

  1. Pack the returned products together with the completed return form. Remember that the products cannot show any signs of use and must have all original labels and protection.

  3. The buyer bears the direct costs of returning to the seller's warehouse.
  4. We do not send email notifications regarding the receipt of a return shipment, so please keep the parcel tracking number. We only send email information if the return is rejected or if it is necessary to deduct shipping costs or restore the product to its factory condition, wash and disinfect, etc.
  5. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return shipment, using the same payment methods that were used in the transaction. In the case of cash on delivery, the amount will be returned to the bank account indicated in the return form.
  6. In the event of a return of goods, we will also refund the costs of shipping the goods to you (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by BeShaped).
  7. Remember to keep your proof of shipment. It will be necessary in case of any loss of the package.
  8. If the Consumer returns a Product/Products that are damaged, torn, frayed or have other defects that were not found during packaging and reported by the Consumer after unpacking the package, the Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept the return and return the Product/Products at the Consumer's expense.
  9. If you use the "Free delivery from xx PLN" promotion when placing your order, remember that when returning products, you may lose the right to maintain the promotion. In the event that you leave products whose total would not entitle you to use the "Free delivery from xx PLN" promotion when placing your order, when refunding you the fees for the products you returned, we will be forced to deduct the delivery costs previously incurred by us from the refund. Delivery costs are deducted from the refund according to the price list available in the tab: Delivery time and costs.
  10. In the event of refusal to accept the shipment, the customer shall bear the associated costs, i.e.: in the event of failure to collect the shipment and sending the return shipment to our warehouse, you shall bear the cost of the return shipment of the same value as the shipping cost.

    COMPLAINTS

    We refine all our products so that they serve you for as long as possible. However, if any of them has a physical or legal defect, you have the right to complain about the purchased goods. This is specified in generally applicable legal regulations, in particular in the Civil Code (including art. 556-576 of the Civil Code).

    1. Download the return form, print it and fill it out. Describe in detail the circumstances concerning the subject of the complaint, the type and date of the defect and the request for the method of bringing the product into compliance with the Sales Agreement. This will facilitate and speed up the consideration of the complaint by our technologists.
