Order processing time
All products you find on our website are available in our warehouse.
Orders placed before 12:00 will be shipped the same day (on working days).
Orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped the next business day.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment.
In exceptional situations, the shipping time may be slightly longer.
Delivery time
DPD and InPost parcels are delivered within 24 hours of posting (on business days). In a few cases, the parcel is delivered within 48 hours of posting.
Refusal to accept a shipment and related costs
In the event of failure to collect the shipment and sending the return shipment to our warehouse, the Customer shall bear the cost of the return shipment. In the case of the delivery method:
- InPost courier is a fee of PLN 15.90,
- in the case of DPD courier PLN 13.90.
If you wish to receive a package that has been returned to our warehouse (re-shipping the package), the customer must cover the shipping costs. In practice, this means that you must cover the cost of returning the package and the cost of re-shipping it.
Free shipping
For orders over PLN 300 we offer free delivery. In case of return of part of the order and value decrease below PLN 300 delivery cost is added.
