Points (loyalty) program regulations

For all our customers (BeShaped store) who have a registered account, we have launched a special points (loyalty) program. As part of the program, registered customers receive additional benefits in exchange for making purchases and activity on the BeShaped online store website.

  • 1 General provisions
  1. The Regulations are the only and appropriate document regulating the principles of the loyalty program. They define the rights and obligations of the Participants of the program and the rights and obligations of the Organizer of the program.
  2. The program is organized by the owner of the BeShaped brand - Worldwide T&S Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Marszałkowska 58, KRS 0000816105, NIP 7010957298, REGON 384949755
  3. Only registered customers of the online store operating at www.beshaped.pl can participate in the loyalty program.
  4. The loyalty program organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the program at any stage of its duration. 
  • 2 Definitions used in the program regulations
  1. Organizer - owner of the BeShaped brand - Worldwide T&S Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Marszałkowska 58, KRS 0000816105, NIP 7010957298, REGON 384949755
  2. Program participant - registered customer of the BeShaped online store, operating at: www.beshaped.pl
  3. Points (loyalty) program - a program conducted in the BeShaped online store, enabling Participants to collect points on their account.
  4. Point - a virtual unit whose conversion factor is:
    1. every zloty spent: every 1 zloty spent equals one point
    2. creating an account on the store's website www.beshaped.pl equals 200 points
    3. Following the BeShaped brand profile on Instagram BeShaped_Pl equals 50 points
    4. for completing the date of birth (added on the day of birth) equals 200 points
  • 3 Program Rules
  1. The points (loyalty) program allows Participants to collect Points which, after reaching certain thresholds, automatically reduce the amount due for purchases made or enable the use of free shipping of the order.
  2. To join the program, you must register an account in the online store www.beshaped.pl
  3. Points are collected in exchange for performing the activities specified in § 5 point 1.
  4. Points are automatically credited to the registered Participant's account.
  5. Points for a placed order are automatically added after it has been paid for and completed (i.e. the customer has received the package). The above provision means that in some cases, taking into account the order completion time, points may appear on the Participant's account even up to 2 weeks after the order has been placed.
  6. If the placed order is not paid for, points will not be credited to the Program Participant's account.
  7. Information about the points you have collected is available in the footer of the page in the “Your points” tab under the “POINTS PROGRAM” menu category
  8. After collecting a certain number of points, indicated in § 5 point 2, the Participant is entitled to discounts.
  • 4. Conditions of participation
  1. Only registered customers of the BeShaped online store can participate in the loyalty program.
  2. A registered store customer can be:
    a) a person with full legal capacity and therefore an adult,
    b) legal person,
    c) an organizational unit without legal personality.
  3. Each Participant may have only one account in the Program.
  4. The right to use the account, and in particular to exchange points, is personal and belongs solely to the Participant.
  5. Joining the program begins with registering an account (which means accepting the regulations) and:
    1. placing and paying for your first order or
    2. following the BeShaped_pl brand profile on Instagram.
  6. The Participant undertakes to inform the Organizer of any changes to their personal data. In the event of failure to notify of any changes to personal data, the Organizer shall not be liable for any delay or lack of action caused by failure to update the data.
  7. The Participant may use the Program during its duration. After the Program ends, the Participant loses the right to use the discount thresholds achieved.
  8. The Organizer undertakes to inform the Program Participants about the planned end of the program 30 days before its end.
  • 5. How to award points and the benefits of collecting them
  1. Points are awarded for:
    1. For every zloty (PLN 1) spent in the online store, the customer receives 1 point; points are calculated for full zlotys (i.e. if your order has a total value of PLN 439.99, 439 points will be added to your account after paying for the order)
    2. creating an account on the store's website www.beshaped.pl - 200 points
    3. following the BeShaped brand profile on Instagram BeShaped_Pl - 50 points
    4. for completing the date of birth, credited to the account on the day of birth - 200 points
  2. Accumulated points trigger specific discount thresholds:
    1. free shipping for collecting 1000 points
    2. 15% discount for collecting 2000 points
    3. 20% discount for collecting 4000 points
  3. Points are awarded automatically after completing the activities indicated in point 1 of this paragraph.
  4. Discounts cannot be combined with other store promotions.
  5. Accumulated points cannot be exchanged for cash.
  6. The Participant independently decides whether, when placing the order, they wish to take advantage of the discount resulting from the points collected under the program.
  7. In the event that the Participant places an order which, due to its value, entitles him/her to receive free shipping and at the same time the Participant has reached the first discount threshold (free shipping for collecting 1,000 points), the Participant cannot exchange free shipping for an additional/different discount.
  • 6. Validity period
  1. The loyalty program is valid from the launch of the BeShaped online store, i.e. 12/12/2020, until further notice.
  2. Any changes to the terms of the Program are effective from the date of their announcement on the website of the online store operating at: www.beshaped.pl
  • 7 Complaints
  1. The Participant may submit a complaint at any time during the duration of the Loyalty Program.
  2. All complaints should be sent directly to the email address of the Program Organizer:

  1. The complaint should contain the following information:
    - data of the Program Participant (e-mail address registered in the system and all data indicated in the registration process)
    - reason for filing a complaint with a detailed description of the reasons
  2. The organizer reserves the right to consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint in the email box.
  • 8. Rights and obligations of the organizer
  1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Program regulations at any time during its duration, including changing the rules and quantitative thresholds defining individual discounts.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes immediately, from the moment of their publication on the BeShaped online store website.
  3. The Organizer is responsible for collecting, processing and protecting personal data collected in connection with the conducted Program and for the purpose of implementing the service of participation in the program and using additional privileges resulting from participation. The basis for data processing is the consent that the Participant expresses at the time of registering his/her account in the BeShaped online store
  4. The Organizer confirms that the collection and processing of personal data of Participants taking part in the Loyalty Program takes place in accordance with the principles set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
  5. The administrator of personal data is the Program Organizer.
  6. The Organizer is not responsible for the Participant providing incomplete or false data when filling out the form, editing data or ordering the prize. It is also not responsible for the consequences of the Participant providing their data used for registration or logging in to the Website to third parties.
  • 9 Final provisions
  1. In all matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
  2. The court with jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising in connection with the Program is the court with jurisdiction over the registered office of the Organizer.
