Your big FIT vacation! Is it possible?

We hope that this year's vacation will be unforgettable! Full of beautiful beaches, exotic landscapes and... delicious food. Is it even possible to be fit during vacation?! And what about the best ice cream and workouts when the ocean and +35 degrees outside the window? We have prepared a few tips for you that will make it easier for you to vacation with a "clear head". Read on! 

Girls, the first and most universal tip is that the world won't fall apart if we "chill out" for 2 weeks. If you prefer to spend your vacation lying by the pool with your favorite drink and a book in your hand, GO FOR IT! Spend your vacation however you want. Have fun, try local delicacies, party, relax. After all, even lying flat burns calories! ;)

On the other hand, it is worth remembering a few simple habits that will help us spend our vacation both stress-free and completely fit.

  1. Simply - WATER!

Just entering the sea burns about 100 kcal. Walking in the water and jumping over the waves will burn about 350 kcal in an hour, and swimming as much as 400. In addition, just walking on the beach will burn 300 kcal in an hour and we are home! Lots of calories burned completely effortlessly and how pleasant!

Just being in the water is super pleasant (especially during hot holidays), so we are sure it will also be incredibly relaxing. 

2. Sports on the beach!

Not only swimming in the sea, but also a lot of other summer pleasures. Let's start with beach volleyball, which will burn over 500 kcal in an hour. And how much fun! In turn, running along the beach (we recommend in the morning or evening) will burn as much as 450 kcal in an hour! 

If this form of training doesn't convince you, check if the hotel you're staying at during your vacation has its own gym. Take a friend, partner or anyone you're spending your vacation with to the workout - it'll be more fun! And after the gym, it's time for a delicious dinner!

3. What about pleasures?

We can't imagine a successful vacation without delicious ice cream! If you're counting calories or you're looking for low-energy dishes, instead of creamy, heavy ice cream, opt for fruit sorbets. One portion is only about 40-50 kcal! It won't affect your daily balance, so... enjoy! 

4. Rest… 

It's also important! Heck, it's even the most important thing on vacation. So just relax. Read a book you never had time for, sleep in forever, if you feel like it - scroll Instagram for an hour. Don't put pressure on yourself. The vacation is for you, not you for the vacation, so spend it in a way that allows you to get as much rest as possible!

5. Evening walk

Exploring new places and wandering aimlessly through unknown cities and resorts is definitely one of our favorite ways to spend evenings during a vacation. After an intense day at the beach, a refreshing shower and a delicious dinner, go for an evening walk. Let this be your vacation ritual! Wander around the town, spy on the locals, look for interesting restaurants and taverns that are not in the guidebooks and soak up this moment with all your being! And additionally - a big dose of exercise. :)
