Enough excuses. Start exercising!
My dear, looking for excuses is never good for anyone! We know very well that there is always something better to do. A new season of your favorite TV series, too much work, something to clean up, something to do, and so on and so forth. And when the seed of a thought appears in your head that maybe you should take care of yourself, start exercising, change your diet, then of course it won't be now - always "from Monday"! And now it makes no sense at all, because the holidays are coming soon, so "from the New Year". Been there done that! So take my word for it, if certain signals start appearing in your life, then your body is already sending you the final warning: START EXERCISING!
We know very well that even the signals I mentioned can be explained well. After all, it is a truth as old as the world that getting out of breath during a morning run for the bus affects literally everyone. And the fact that an elderly couple overtakes us during the run - they are in excellent shape, not us in poor shape! I will not beat around the bush - it is time to pull yourself together and do it quite seriously. Regular exercise, even short and low-intensity, will improve the body's fitness and improve your well-being. That is all and nothing more.
If you're one of those who get a belly button after drinking a glass of water and you envy girls who can feast on white chocolate cheesecake for breakfast while looking like Victoria's Secret models, we have two things to talk about.
First - accept it! Love your body the way it is. And if your figure is not the one you dream of - get a grip! Start exercising to boost your metabolism, strengthen your muscles and get rid of unnecessary kilograms. You won't see the effects after two workouts, but believe me, they will appear faster than you expect.
I know exactly what it feels like to give up the gym because you're embarrassed by a few folds on your belly, but you have to remember that everyone started somewhere. I promise that no one was born with a grid on their stomach and a round butt, and no one will judge you. If you want to feel confident during training, invest in a beautiful sports set . Choose one that will shape your figure, hide what you'd rather not show to a wider audience, and highlight all your assets. Go for high-waist leggings that will optically slim your legs and make your waist look fabulous. A good sports top is a must. One that will take care of the safety of your bust and voilà! I guarantee +1000 to motivation and a more enjoyable workout.
Do you know what else happens when the body does not receive the optimal dose of movement? Everything that reduces the comfort of life - headaches, tension, stress, apathy and even depression. Doesn't sound good, does it? So get a grip!
Regular exercise has an invaluable impact on mental health. First of all, training releases the so-called happiness hormone, which affects our mood. In addition, sports help reduce pain (including menstrual pain!) and stress levels. All of this has a huge impact on the quality of our daily lives, so before you start taking painkillers for every ailment of your body, drink your fourth espresso to stimulate, or blame it on the fact that "everything is wrong", try to introduce training into your life. You'll thank us later! ;)
